Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2003 and shall come into operation on 11th April 2003.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item (6) in the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order (O 10) is amended —

(a)	by inserting, immediately after the words “Managing Director of PowerGas Ltd” in the first column of paragraph 1, the words “and Chief Executive Officer of City Gas Pte. Ltd.”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “Managing Director of PowerGas Ltd” in the first column of paragraph 3 and substituting the words “Chief Executive Officer of City Gas Pte. Ltd.”.
