Broadcasting (Class Licence) (Amendment) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9 and 11 of the Broadcasting Act, the Media Development Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Broadcasting (Class Licence) (Amendment) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 15th April 2004.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Broadcasting (Class Licence) Notification (N 1, 2004 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph 11, the following paragraph:
“11A.  A licensee who provides an audiotext service shall register with the Authority within 14 days of 15th April 2004, or in the case where it provides the service after that date, within 14 days of providing the service.”.
