Road Traffic Act
(Chapter 276)
Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34D and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2007 and shall come into operation on 7th May 2007.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules (R 38) is amended —
(a)by deleting all the items under the heading “CHARGES” in Part II and substituting the following items:
cHARGES
Amount of road user charge payable on any day from Monday to Friday, not being a public holiday.
