(Chapter 70)
Customs (Fuel Tank — Minimum Amount) (Amendment) Order 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 136(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Customs (Fuel Tank  — Minimum Amount) (Amendment) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 4th April 2008.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Customs (Fuel Tank — Minimum Amount) Order (O 6) is amended by deleting the words “section 136A(1)” and substituting the words “section 136(1)”.
