(Registration and Practising Certificates)
(Amendment) Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Allied Health Professions Act 2011, the Allied Health Professions Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 17 April 2023.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. S 219/2013), in the First Schedule, in Part II, in Division 2, after item 4 relating to the country “Taiwan”, insert —
 
“5.National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University
 
Doctor of Physical Therapy”.
