(Commencement) Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (Amendment) Act 2014, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (Amendment) Act 2014 (Commencement) Notification 2015.

2. The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (Amendment) Act 2014 comes into operation on 15 May 2015.
