(Delegation of Powers —
Ministry of National Development)
Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for National Development, with the approval of the President, makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Interpretation (Delegation of Powers — Ministry of National Development) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 1 April 2021.
Delegation of powers
2.  The Minister for National Development deputes the persons set out in the first column of the Schedule to exercise the powers, and perform the duties, of the Minister, under the provisions set out in the second column of the Schedule.
Cancellation
3.  The Delegation of Powers (Ministry of National Development) (No. 2) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 535/2005) is cancelled.
