| Martial Arts Instruction (Amendment) Regulations 2000 |

| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Martial Arts Instruction (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 1998. |
| Amendment of regulation 5 |
| 2. Regulation 5(5) of the Martial Arts Instruction Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting “$28” and “$15” and substituting “$43” and “$30”, respectively. |
| Amendment of regulation 9 |
| 3. Regulation 9(4A) of the Martial Arts Instruction Regulations is amended by deleting “$120” and “$20” and substituting “$140” and “$40”, respectively. |
