Fees (Singapore Civil Defence Force) (Amendment) Order 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Singapore Civil Defence Force) (Amendment) Order 2003 and shall come into operation on 15th April 2003.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Fees (Singapore Civil Defence Force) Order (O 30) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$80” in the second column of item (2) and substituting “$90”;
(b)	by deleting “$65” in the second column of item (3) and substituting “$80”;
(c)	by deleting “$80” in the second column of item (8)(a) and substituting “$90”; and
(d)	by deleting paragraphs (c) and (d) of item (8).

Made this 9th day of April 2003.
