Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) (Amendment) Notification 1998

Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Finance

It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st January 1998, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) Notification 1997 (G.N. No. S 47/97) —

(a)	by deleting the words “Monetary Authority of Singapore.” and “Securities Industry Council.” under the heading (Revenue Division) Departments/Statutory Bodies; and
(b)	by deleting the words “Banking, Insurance, Monetary and Securities Industry Matters.” under the heading (Revenue Division) Subjects.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) (Amendment) Notification 1998.
