Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) Notification 2008.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts PrimeTime Business and Professional Women’s Association from the provisions of the Act in respect of the Raise Funds For PrimeTime-TIAW Village Bank Microenterprise Program to be held from 6th January 2008 to 16th February 2008 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 16th February 2008.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by PrimeTime Business and Professional Women’s Association with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 3rd January 2008.
