Factories Act (Amendment of Seventh Schedule) Order 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 104 of the Factories Act, the Minister for Labour hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Factories (Amendment of Seventh Schedule) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st February 1997.

Amendment of Seventh Schedule

2. Paragraph 1 of the Seventh Schedule to the Factories Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “nitrous fumes”, the words “, vinyl chloride monomer”.
