Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 3) (Amendment) Order 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(16) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 3) (Amendment) Order 2006 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 3rd January 2006.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 3) Order 2002 (G.N. No. S 255/2002) is amended by deleting the words “BDL Banco di Lugano (Singapore) Ltd” and substituting the words “Bank Julius Baer (Singapore) Ltd”.
