Telecommunications Act
(Chapter 323)
Telecommunications (Radio-communication) (Amendment) Regulations 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Telecommunications Act, the Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Telecommunications (Radio-communication) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 21st January 2011.
Amendment of regulation 76
2.  Regulation 76 of the Telecommunications (Radio-communication) Regulations (Rg 5) is amended by deleting the words “the Code of Practice for Competition in the provision of Telecommunication Services 2000 (G.N. No. S 412/2000) issued by the Authority under section 26 of the Act” and substituting the words “the Code of Practice for Competition in the provision of Telecommunication Services issued by the Authority under section 26(1) of the Act, as may be amended from time to time”.
