Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Education) Notification 2008
Responsibility of Minister for Education
It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Dr Ng Eng Hen shall, with effect from 1st April 2008, be charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule and that he shall be designated as the Minister for Education.
Citation
2.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Education) Notification 2008.
Cancellation
3.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Education) Notification 2006 (G.N. No. S 319/2006) is cancelled.
