Fees (Copies of Reports, Statements, Plans and Photographs) (Amendment) Order 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Copies of Reports, Statements, Plans and Photographs) (Amendment) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2004.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Fees (Copies of Reports, Statements, Plans and Photographs) Order (O 25) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$60” in sub-paragraph (c) and substituting “$68”; and
(b)	by deleting “$30” in sub-paragraph (d)(i) and substituting “$34”.
