Government Procurement (Application)
(Amendment) Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Government Procurement Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Government Procurement (Application) (Amendment) Order 2018 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 2018.

Amendment of Part II of Second Schedule

2. Part II of the Second Schedule to the Government Procurement (Application) Order (O 1) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 9 and substituting the following item:

“9.	Enterprise Singapore Board”; and

(b)

by deleting item 23.
