(Amendment) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48(3) of the Building Control Act 1989, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Building Control (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 1 June 2023.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. In the Building Control (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2012 (G.N. No. S 443/2012), in regulation 2(a), after “22B(2),” insert “22DA(2)(a),”.
