Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 2) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 2) Notification 2004.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the National Trades Union Congress from the provisions of the Act in respect of the NTUC Charity Draw 2004 promotion to be held from 1st February 2004 to 24th September 2004 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 26th September 2004.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the National Trades Union Congress with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 15th April 2004.
