(Chapter 118)
Government Contracts (Authorisation) Notification 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Government Contracts Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Government Contracts (Authorisation) Notification 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2006.
Authorised officers
2.  The officers specified in the first column of the Schedule are hereby authorised to execute and sign, on behalf of the Government in their respective Ministries and Departments, the contracts set out in the second column thereof.
Cancellation
3.  The Government Contracts (Authorisation) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 166/2005) is cancelled.

Made this 31st day of March 2006.
