Radiation Protection (Amendment) Act 2014
(Commencement) Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Radiation Protection (Amendment) Act 2014, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Radiation Protection (Amendment) Act 2014 (Commencement) Notification 2016.
2.  Sections 3(2) and 9(2) to (5) of the Radiation Protection (Amendment) Act 2014 come into operation on 7 May 2016.
