(Amendment) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) of the United Nations Act 2001, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the United Nations (Sanctions — Yemen) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 22 March 2022.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In regulation 2 of the United Nations (Sanctions — Yemen) Regulations 2015 (G.N. No. S 525/2015), replace “and 2564 (2021)” with “, 2564 (2021) and 2624 (2022)”.
Amendment of regulation 4
3.  In regulation 4(1) of the United Nations (Sanctions — Yemen) Regulations 2015 (paragraph (c) of the definition of “specified person”), replace “or 2564 (2021)” with “, 2564 (2021) or 2624 (2022)”.
