(Toxic Industrial Waste) (Amendment)
Regulations 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 111 of the Environmental Public Health Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Environmental Public Health (Toxic Industrial Waste) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 1 April 2021.

Amendment of regulation 13

2. Regulation 13(7) of the Environmental Public Health (Toxic Industrial Waste) Regulations (Rg 11) is amended by deleting “$55” and substituting “$105”.
