Fire Safety Act
(Chapter 109A)
Fire Safety (Dangerous Trades or Purposes) (Amendment) Regulations 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61(1) of the Fire Safety Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Fire Safety (Dangerous Trades or Purposes) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 25th April 2003.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Fire Safety (Dangerous Trades or Purposes) Regulations (Rg 5) is amended by deleting “$80” in the second column of items 1, 2 and 3 (a) and substituting in each case “$140”.
