Prisons (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Prisons (Amendment) Act 2000, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Prisons (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2000.
2.  The Prisons (Amendment) Act 2000 shall come into operation on 17th April 2000.
