Children and Young Persons (Approved Schools and Approved Homes) (Amendment) Order 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 64(1) of the Children and Young Persons Act, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Children and Young Persons (Approved Schools and Approved Homes) (Amendment) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 14th April 2006.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Children and Young Persons (Approved Schools and Approved Homes) Order 1999 (G.N. No. S 536/99) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (b).
