Hydrogen Cyanide
(Fumigation) (Amendment)
Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Hydrogen Cyanide (Fumigation) Act, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Hydrogen Cyanide (Fumigation) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 1 April 2021.
Amendment of regulation 5
2.  Regulation 5 of the Hydrogen Cyanide (Fumigation) Regulations (Rg 1) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations) is amended by deleting “$150” and substituting “$170”.
Amendment of regulation 6
3.  Regulation 6 of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting “$150” and substituting “$170”.
Amendment of regulation 19
4.  Regulation 19(1) of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting “$10” and substituting “$45”.
