(Chapter 38)
Children and Young Persons (Place of Safety) (No. 2) Notification 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(a) of the Children and Young Persons Act, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Children and Young Persons (Place of Safety) (No. 2) Notification 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2006.
Place of safety
2.  The Minister hereby appoints the Singapore Girls’ Home, 1 Defu Avenue 1, Singapore 359540, to be a place of safety under the Act.
