Fees (Estate Duty) (Amendment) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 9 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Estate Duty) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 10th May 1996.

2. The Schedule to the Fees (Estate Duty) Order is amended by deleting “$5” in item 3 and substituting “$3”.
