Public Utilities (Electricity) (Prescribed Articles) (Amendment) Notification 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 21 of the Public Utilities (Electricity) Regulations 1997 (G.N. No. S 67/97), the Public Utilities Board hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Public Utilities (Electricity) (Prescribed Articles) (Amendment) Notification 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st November 1997.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Utilities (Electricity) (Prescribed Articles) Notification 1997 (G.N. No. S 171/97) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 13, the following item:

“(14) Isolating Transformers and Safety Isolating Transformers, for use with downlight fittings.”.
