(Amendment) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 411 of the Companies Act 1967, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 28 April 2023.

Amendment of regulation 89A

2. In the Companies Regulations (Rg 1), in regulation 89A(2) —

(a)

after sub‑paragraph (c), insert —

“(ca)

a relevant financial institution approved or treated as having been approved under section 4 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022;”; and

(b)

delete sub‑paragraph (f).
