Air Navigation Act
(Chapter 6)
Air Navigation (Licensing of Air Services) (Amendment) Regulations 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Air Navigation Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Regulations:
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Licensing of Air Services) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 22nd January 1996.
2.  Regulation 12 of the Air Navigation (Licensing of Air Services) Regulations is deleted.
