Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act 2005, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006.
2.  Sections 10, 12, 19 and 20 (c) of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act 2005 shall come into operation on 30th January 2006.
