Women’s Charter (Places of Safety) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 177 of the Women Charter, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Women’s Charter (Places of Safety) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 14th April 2006.

Amendment of Women’s Charter (Places of Safety) (Consolidation) Order

2. Item (c) in the Women’s Charter (Places of Safety) (Consolidation) Order (O 1) is deleted.
