Charities (Prohibition of Fund-raising Appeal) Order 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 39B(1) of the Charities Act, the Commissioner of Charities hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Charities (Prohibition of Fund-Raising Appeal) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 17th April 2008.

Prohibition

2. The Commissioner hereby prohibits and stops the conduct of any fund-raising appeal by —

(a)	Jasons Lim Hua Tong (NRIC No. S7221611C), also known as Jaycen Lim; or
(b)	Love Foundation (S) Ltd. (Registration No. 200613847K), formerly known as Love & Romance Ltd.
