International Child Abduction
(Contracting States)
Order 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the International Child Abduction Act 2010, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the International Child Abduction (Contracting States) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2011.
Contracting States
2.  A State specified in the first column of the Schedule shall be a Contracting State for the purposes of section 4 of the Act with effect from the corresponding date specified in the second column of the Schedule.
