(Amendment) Order 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Broadcasting Act 1994, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order is the Broadcasting (Exemption) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 2022.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Broadcasting (Exemption) (No. 2) Order (O 2) is amended by deleting sub‑paragraph (a).
