Human Organ Transplant (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Human Organ Transplant (Amendment) Act 2004, Mr Khaw Boon Wan, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Finance, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Human Organ Transplant (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004.

2. The Human Organ Transplant (Amendment) Act 2004 shall come into operation on 1st July 2004.
