Animals and Birds (Prohibition of
Live Poultry on Pulau Ubin)
(Amendment) Rules 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 80 of the Animals and Birds Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Animals and Birds (Prohibition of Live Poultry on Pulau Ubin) (Amendment) Rules 2019 and come into operation on 1 April 2019.

Amendment of rule 3

2. Rule 3(2) of the Animals and Birds (Prohibition of Live Poultry on Pulau Ubin) Rules (R 11) is amended by deleting the word “Authority” in sub‑paragraph (a) and substituting the word “Board”.
