(Commencement) Notification 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Intellectual Property (Dispute Resolution) Act 2019, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Intellectual Property (Dispute Resolution) Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2022.

2. Sections 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20(a), (c), (d), (f), (g) and (h), 22(b) and (e), 24(b), 31 and 32 of the Intellectual Property (Dispute Resolution) Act 2019 come into operation on 1 April 2022.
