Customs
(Offices and Stations) (Amendment)
Regulations 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section section 143(1)(d) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Offices and Stations) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and shall, with the exception of regulation 2(a) and (b), come into operation on 26th May 2012.

(2) Regulation 2(a) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 16th May 2008.

(3) Regulation 2(b) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 18th November 2011.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Customs (Offices and Stations) Regulations (Rg 7) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Ports Branch Headquarters” in item (14) and substituting the words “Customs Operations Command”;

(b)

by deleting the words “West Coast Ferry Terminal” in item (26) and substituting the words “West Coast Pier”; and

(c)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of item (32) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following item:

“(33) Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore, 61 Marina Coastal Drive.”.
