Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation)
(Amendment No. 4) Order 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(13) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2003 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 17th March 2003.

Amendment of Consolidation Order

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting item (3) (a) relating to Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation.
