Cessation of Appointment of Authorised Officers

It is hereby notified for general information that the Engineering Service Officers and the Technical Support Officers of the Sewerage, Drainage and Pollution Control Departments of the Ministry of the Environment have ceased to be authorised officers for the purposes of the Sewerage and Drainage Act, with effect from 1st April 2001.

2. Notification N 2 (2001 Ed.) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (1).
