Nurses and Midwives Act (Commencement)
Notification 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Nurses and Midwives Act 1999, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Nurses and Midwives Act (Commencement) Notification 2000.
2.  The Nurses and Midwives Act 1999 shall come into operation on 1st May 2000.
