Protection from Harassment
(Exempt Class of Persons)
(Amendment) Order 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(2) of the Protection from Harassment Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Protection from Harassment (Exempt Class of Persons) (Amendment) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 1 April 2020.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Protection from Harassment (Exempt Class of Persons) Order 2014 (G.N. No. S 751/2014) is amended by deleting the words “, expedited protection order or order under section 15(2) of the Act” and substituting the words “or expedited protection order”.
