(Amendment) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, exercising the functions conferred on the Prime Minister, makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 16 January 2024.
Amendment of Tenth Schedule
2.  In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 723/2020), in the Tenth Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, in item 5, after paragraph (17), insert —
(18)  Online Criminal Harms Act 2023”.
