Medicines (Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22 and 74 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 17th May 1996.
2.  Paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Medicines (Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances) Regulations is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately below the word “Amfepramone”, the word “Aminorex”;
(b)by inserting, immediately below the word “Bromazepam”, the word “Brotizolam”; and
(c)by inserting, immediately below the word “Meprobamate”, the word “Mesocarb”.
