Land Surveyors (Exemption) Order 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(1) of the Land Surveyors Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Land Surveyors (Exemption) Order 2003 and shall come into operation on 30th April 2003.

Exemption

2. The following corporations are exempted from section 22 (1)(c), (d) and (e)(iii) of the Act:
