(Amendment) Rules 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29(1) of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Endangered Species (Import and Export) (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2019 and come into operation on 1 April 2019.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2 of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) (Fees) Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting the word “Director‑General” and substituting the word “Board”.
