Variation of Responsibility of Minister for the Environment and Water Resources

It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, varied with effect from 31 March 2020, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 677/2015) by inserting, immediately below the words “Climate Science and Climate Change Mitigation and Resilience” in item 1 under the heading “SUBJECTS”, the following words:

“Coastal management”.

2. This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources) (Amendment) Notification 2020.
